Term Of Service

❃ Please write clearly and pleasantly !
❃ Please provide as much reference as possible. It will allow me to work faster if I know what you want.
❃ No harmful behaviour will be tolerated, or your commission will be canceled if this occurs.
❃ If you do not respect the rules, I have the right to refuse or cancel your commission, without any refunds.
❃ If you'd like me to collaborate with another artist on your commission, I want to be warned before it happens, making everyone working on your commission aware of everything will make the process easier.
❃ You will have a lifetime following about the work I have done, unless I tell you otherwise. Feel free to come by and ask for some adjustments. (If in another case, you want to change TOO MUCH, I have the right to say no, or ask for an additional fee.)
❃ Considering customs assets, I own the right to make any assets available to public on gumroad two years after the commission over unless told not to by the customers beforehand. Please tell me if you'd like your assets to stay private.☕. | Payment | .☕
❃ Any work done by myself must be paid. Unless I tell you otherwise, anything I'm doing is worth money.
❃ All commissions must be paid at the base price when starting and the difference will be asked (or given back) to fit the final price.
❃ The payment methods are PayPal by default, any other payment method can be discussed in private.
❃ Know that you will not possess any right on the work, until your commission is fully paid.
❃ Please be aware that when using PayPal, additional fees may apply. To avoid these extra charges, you'll need to use the "pay a friend" option. If you choose not to, I will have to ask for compensation to cover the fees, which may result in you paying more than initially expected.
❃ If, for any reason, you want me to use any assets for your avatar, such as clothing or props created by other artists, I will charge 75% of the asset's price to cover the cost of acquiring it in accordance with the creator's TOS.☕. | Progress | .☕
❃ I can give WIPs if you ask me.
❃ The deadline for carrying out your commission is to be determined indefinitely, depending on many factors such as : Health, order of commission, complexity, problem related to work and motivation, school or family. If any of the stated problems occur, you will be warned promptly.
❃ I reserve the right to prioritize your commission ahead of others. Please note that this comes with additional fees, such as €5 per person you move ahead of, as well as charges based on the amount of time you allocate, which will be determined by the complexity of the work you want me to complete within that timeframe.☕. | Change | .☕
❃ I would do everything to make my customers happy.
❃ However, once the commission is over, only small changes are allowed. Such as colorization / marking errors.
❃ Any significant change will incur additional costs. Such as ; A change of outfit, an addition or removal of an accessory.
❃ If your reference description wasn't clear to begin with, you are not allowed to ask for a modification, you gave me liberty, therefore you must be prepared to enter my world.

Me, The artist, holds all the rights on the work resulting from your commission, not the commission agent ! Therefore, I am authorized to use the Copyright protected Assets to :
❃ Promote in any place or website.
❃ To display it anywhere to my taste.

When it comes to commission pricing, the base price starts at around €40. Depending on the complexity of your request, the price may increase.
I do accept payment plans, I don't want money to be an obstacle to anyone who wants an avatar of their own.
